Blair Side Scallop Coat

Please do not choose two heavy fabrics for the coat and lining.....corduroy + a regular fabric  or  two regular fabrics will be perfect.   If you want to be able to turn up the cuff on your coat add 2 inches to the sleeve length.  Put this instruction in the comments section.
